The Henderson branch office of the Department of Motor Vehicles will be closed for remodeling Saturday, February 14th, 2004 through Monday, February 16th, 2004. It will reopen at 8 a.m. Tuesday, February 17th.
New flooring will be installed in the office at 1399 American Pacific Drive. Carpeting in the lobby area is being replaced with tile under a contract awarded by the State Buildings and Grounds Division.
The department’s three other full service offices in Las Vegas will be open Saturday, February 14th during their normal Saturday hours of 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. All DMV offices will be closed Monday, February 16th in observance of Presidents’ Day. All offices will be open Tuesday, February 17th.
Henderson employees who normally work Saturdays will be assigned to the other offices.
Customers are encouraged to visit the department’s web site at www.dmvnv.com for information before coming to an office. Those who must visit an office on Saturday, February 14th may go to one of the other offices at 8250 W. Flamingo Rd, 2701 E. Sahara Ave. or 4021 W. Carey Ave.
